4. Additional Features

The enhanced Request for Transfer (F28) screen includes additional features like “Goods Information” to improve usability, efficiency, and user experience. These features are designed to streamline the transfer request process and provide users with more control and flexibility.

The "Goods Information" field is a significant addition that displays all the containers included in the F28 transfer request. This feature allows users to manage container-specific details efficiently and select appropriate transporters for each container.

5. Selecting Transporters

  • Transporter Selection: For each container listed, users can select a transporter from a dropdown menu.
  • Dropdown Menu: Contains a list of available transporters.
  • Individual Selection: Users can choose different transporters for each container, providing flexibility in handling diverse logistics requirements.

Example Scenario:

For instance, if an F28 transfer request (ID: 82024123xxx) includes two containers, the user can assign one transporter to the first container and a different transporter to the second container. This allows for optimized logistics management and ensures that each container is handled by the most suitable transporter.
