For all issue pertaining to the non generation of the Notif IRN/TAS, kindly provide us with the snap shot (Screenshot) of the House Tracing Screen (Groupage) / Master Tracing Screen (Full Container).

Thanks to note that this will help us to investigate/troubleshoot the issue.
Failure to provide such information may result to your ticket being unattended.

Accessing MASTER TRACING functionality:

1. Menu>Import>Master Tracing
2. Insert Master BL Number / Container Number and click on TRACE CONTAINER

Accessing HOUSE TRACING functionality:

1. Menu>Import>House Tracing
2. Insert House BL Number / Container Number and click on TRACE CONTAINER

Below are the conditions required for the generation of IRN (FCL): 

1. Manifest Approved
2. Container discharged
3. Delivery order Issued
4. BOE Cleared by Customs (Delivery Allowed)
5. ICID 

Note : For Groupage Cargo, the following additional conditions should be met : 

6. Delivery Order on Master BL issued (In case of co-loading)
7. Cargo Unstuffed
8. End Of Unstuffing recorded by CFS
9. Manifested Weight / Unstuffing Weight / BOE Weight must tally
