When user clicks on menu MASTER TRACING, the following screen will appear :

As per below example, only the container number has been input in the search criteria. 

  • System will display all records pertaining to the container input in the search criteria

Expanding a container to view Goods information.

When user clicks on Exand, as illustrated below in Figure 4, goods details will be displayed

VIEW MORE option

To view ALL details/transactions for a specific container, user should click on VIEW MORE icon as indicated by the Red arrow in Figure 5 below. A pop-up (MORE INFORMATION) will be displayed on screen – Figure 6 below refers.

Steps to proceed with House Tracing

HOUSE TRACING

  

 

 

The option House Tracing allows Freight forwarders to have access to view a particular HBL NO and to view its record.                                                                 

 

  • Below page will be display and User can proceed House Tracing to verify Import transaction of a particular HBL/Container/ATP

3. Conditions for a Temporary Access for Scanning (TAS) to be generated.

 

  1. Container should be Manifested. [MANIFESTED]
  2. Discharged. [DISCHARGED]
  3. Delivery order should be Issued. [D.ORDER]
  4. BOE should be Validated. [C.DECL]
  5. Scanning required received. 
  6. ICID should be created. [ICID]

 

4. Full Container - Conditions for IRN to be generated.

                                                                                                        

  1. Container should be Manifested. [MANIFESTED]
  2. Discharged. [DISCHARGED]
  3. Delivery order should be Issued. [D.ORDER]
  4. BOE should be Validated. [C.DECL]
  5. Delivery Allowed should be received. [C.CLEARANCE]
  6. ICID should be created. [ICID]
  7. RENO (Release Notice) should be checked on the tracing screen. [R.NOTICE]

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. Groupage Cargo - Conditions for the IRN to be generated.

 

  1. Container Should be Gated In at CFS [GATE IN CFS]
  2. Delivery order to be issued to Broker by FFWD [D.ORDER]
  3. BOE should be Validated [C.DECL]
  4. Delivery allowed / Or Exams received.  [C.CLEARANCE]
  5. ICID should be created. [ICID]
  6. Goods has been Unstuffed. [UNSTUFFED]
  7. RENO (Release notice) checked on Tracing screen. [R.NOTICE]
  8. Input of unstuffing Record by CFS [UNSTUFFED]

 

6. Request for Transfer (F28)

  1. Container should be Manifested. [MANIFESTED]
  2. Discharged. [DISCHARGED]
  3. Delivery order should be Issued. [D.ORDER]
  4. F28 should be Validated - Update of Transporter Information [F28]
  5. Gate Out at CHCL [GATE OUT]
